I offer yoga and hooping classes that focus on joyful movement for all. My classes are always diet culture/diet talk FREE and welcome all body types and skill levels. I currently offer yoga via zoom and am working on adding hoop fitness, hoop dance, and hoop yoga classes to my schedule soon.
